CUF Membership

Unite your voice with thousands.

While an individual has limited resources, the combined resources of thousands united in effort bring about a greater effect. Combined with others in an apostolate, one voice is amplified.

Catholics United for the Faith is called an apostolate because membership is ordered to apostolic action. Members first seek personal holiness, so that they are ready instruments for evangelistic action. Whether a person is consecrated, married, single, or ordained, CUF advances the general call to holiness and supports each individual's personal vocation, however it is manifested.

Obligations of membership
  • Accept the CUF mission to support, defend, and advance the teaching Church as your own
  • Support CUF spiritually, praying daily for the apostolate and its members
  • Support CUF morally by using and sharing its resources
  • Engage in apostolic activity in keeping with your state in life
  • When possible, support CUF financially

Some choose to become CUF Associates, supporting the work through prayer and donation without taking on the obligations of membership. Associates still receive Lay Witness.
