Filipino freelance virtual assistant, travel storyteller, and former physical therapist. This is the long version.
— self-portrait, between projects
I trained as a physical therapist before I ever wrote a subject line that made someone smile. The same instinct, really: pay close attention, move with care, follow the work where it wants to go. I just trade clinics for inboxes now, and shoulders for the heavier kind.
For five years I have lived inside the quiet rooms of business — administration, operations, client support, executive assistance. I learned that good work is mostly noticing: the unfinished thread, the calendar collision waiting to happen, the tone a client uses when they are tired and need someone gentler. I'm the person who notices.
Lately I'm building something of my own. @angeli.everywhere — a creator brand stitched from travel light and slow stories. I film with what I have. I write the way I think: diary-like, a little tender, careful with words. I'm picky about what I make and who I make it with. I will turn down a comedic skit before I turn off my own voice.
Here's what you should know if we work together: I'm warm, but I'm not soft. I send the awkward email. I keep the calendar honest. I tell you when something isn't working. And I show up with cinematic patience — because the best work, like the best travel, is rarely rushed.
@angeli.everywhere — independent
Building a unified creator brand across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Writing, filming, and editing travel and lifestyle content. Drafting digital products: templates, guides, branding kits, travel assets. Researching agencies and platforms for European clients via Upwork, OnlineJobs.ph, HireRemote.ph, VA Masters, and LinkedIn.
Multiple international clients · remote
Calendar management, inbox triage, client communications, vendor coordination, document workflows, and travel logistics for solo founders and small teams across three time zones. Stepped in mid-launch, mid-crisis, and mid-renovation, more than once.
Operations & admin contracts
Frontline client communications, ticket triage, scheduling, light copywriting. Learned the discipline of writing clearly to people on hard days. Promoted into operations responsibilities within six months.
Philippines
The training under everything I do now: pay attention to the body of the work, move with care, never push past what's actually there. The clinic taught me how to listen. The internet taught me how to scale it.
I read every inquiry personally. Tell me what you're building.
